$150 per 50-minute session

Insurance
I am an OUT-OF-NETWORK PROVIDER. This means you pay the full fee at the beginning of each session and I provide you with a receipt (called a "Superbill") that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. It is important for you to check with your insurance company in order to be clear about your potential benefits from them for my services. You work directly with your insurance company.

(If you are trying to use a benefits plan, please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:)

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • Does my insurance cover Out of Network charges made on a Superbill?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
Due at the Time of Service (specifically the beginning of your appointment)

Cancellation Policy
No Shows and cancellations in less than 24 hours from appointment time will result in charges for the full cost of the appointment.

What is Reimbursify and FileFAST?

Reimbursify is an app that allows patients to self-file for out-of-network health insurance reimbursement with their smartphone. The app manages the entire lifecycle of claim management.

When a client’s patient clicks on the FileFAST button, an interactive window will pop up and the patient can start to fill out their claim, entering personal information such as name, address, insurance company, and policy number. All the provider information will automatically be added by FileFAST. Then the patient will be guided through adding the visit information such as diagnosis code, CPT code, and fees, and then submit the claim. The patient will then receive an email and can choose to download the Reimbursify app to their smartphone where they can easily file repeating claims.
